How to Make Spicy Chicken Tandoor Style Kebabs

We all love kebabs, don’t we ?

They have everything in them to be every one’s favorite ( unless you don’t eat non-veg food ). They are both tasty and health snack for a perfect family dinner. Chicken is made and loved world wide. Although it is made and consumed worldwide, the making procedures and taste of the food varies highly. It is a world renowned fact that food made in India is known for the active use of spices and taste.

One of the most famous non veg dishes which is consumed with great love is the chicken tandoor kebab. For you to make it and have it at home, we are sharing its easy to follow recipe.

This dish contains 21% of calories, 109% protein, 33% Fat , 30% Saturates, 6% sugars and carbs. Although it is quite healthy, but we know you eat it for the taste.

Before you continue or hit the stoves, collect the following needed ingredients :-

1. 3 Cm long piece of fresh ginger
2. 140 g of natural yoghurt
3. 2 cloves of garlic
4. 60 ml tomato passata
5. 2 tablespoons olive oil

Along with these you would need ½ teaspoon garam masala, ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric, and near about 10-12 skinless and boneless free of range chicken thighs.

Now lets talk about how to make this recipe. Making this recipe isn’t very hard and requires only a few simple steps to be followed correctly, and it would make a nice serving.

Below are the steps you need to follow to make these kebabs :-

First peel your ginger and grate it finely, and do the same with the garlic too. After both of these are peeled and grated nicely, take a big bowl and place both of these. Above these add oil, yogurt and spices. Once all the things are added , you should spend some stirring them so that they stirred well.

Now take your chicken, make sure its clean and thoroughly washed. Cut the chicken into fine pieces of 2 cm cubes. Next, you have to coat this cubes with the marinade. Once done, you should season it with sea salt and black pepper.
To give it sometime to mix, cover it with clingfilm and allow it to sit inside your refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours.

Now comes the interesting and the final part indeed. Thread the chicken carefully on 12 skewers, once done with care you should get them on the Barbeque or grill for near about 15 minutes. The time is just an estimation, you should grill it until it turns golden and looks evenly cooked.
Once done, serve this amazing dish with roti and raita of cucumber.
