For Barbeque Sauce

  • Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • Low-fat milk – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • Chopped onions – 4 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp

      Other Ingredients

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Low fat paneer – 20 pieces
  • Lemon rind – 1/8 tsp
  • Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Spring onions – 1/4 cup
  • Grated garlic – 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce – 1/2 tbsp

Recipe

For Barbeque Sauce

  • Take a saucepan and combine all the ingredients.
  • Let them come to a boil.
  • Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes.

The sauce is ready.

For Paneer Starter

  • Mix all the ingredients with the prepared barbeque sauce (almost ¼ cup).
  • Let the ingredients marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Pierce the paneer cubes into the satay sticks.
  • Now, sprinkle some oil on the non-stick tawa and cook the satays.
  • After, the paneer cubes turn golden brown, serve them hot and pour remaining barbeque over it.
