With tender and crisp vegetables inside, the spring rolls have won the hearts of many food lovers. Known as a starter dish, this will require almost 30 minutes to be cooked.
Here are the ingredients:
• Green capsicum
• Spring onions
• White pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Soy sauce
• Cornflour/ corn starch
• Bean sprouts
Toss all the vegetables in oil, until they get soft. Mix soy sauce and pepper powder. Let the mixture cool.. Then, mix cornflour with 2 tbsps water. Place a portion of the stuffing into the spring roll wrapper and roll it. Seal the open ends with the cornflour and water pate. Then, simply fry till golden and serve with chili sauce.
